Tribute to Henk Potts

I will always have such fond memories of the time I spent with Henk. Henk was charming, clever, and witty. A doting father, often spotted in the pool or playground at the RAC on Daddy duty, or on the school run in brightly coloured shorts - rain, snow or shine. We hosted a murder mystery dinner party, a couple of years ago. Henk wasn’t keen! Twenty minutes in and the highlight of the evening was Henk’s South African accent as Professor Peacock and Jonie as policewoman, Sierra Tango. They were absolutely hilarious, a comedy duo. Henk would often host us too and really put so much effort into making us all feel so welcome. He made everyone feel relaxed and happy, usually, whilst barbecuing the most superb feast. I know Henk had that effect on everyone he met. He had so many friends all over the globe, a loving wife, and beautiful children. Henk’s passing is a huge loss for so many, and he will always be missed.
